Aunt Lisa & Uncle Larry,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! This is "our" "little angel", or what she has turned into! She is doing extremely well, is very obedient, and I think, just gorgous to look at! As you can tell from the picture, she has grown into quite the big girl! (I am 5'5" and 140 lbs.) I can't thank tou enough for all your expertise in training my deaf baby!
Thanks,
Angelica and Debbie

Hi Lisa and Larry:
I just wanted to share with you pictures of our Nica. She was born to you on February 17 and we picked her up earlier this year on father’s day. She is an absolute joy. Intelligent, (with the occasional “butter fly in the head” incident), well mannered and incredibly loving/lovable. We are first time dog owners and, it would be an understatement to say, we were anxious about Nica when we picked her up. After the first few days, which I would call an unmitigated disaster, she has been a dream!
We love her very much and wanted to share these pictures of her with you. As you can see, she is a gorgeous dog! She weighs somewhere between 65 and 70 pounds right now and, of course, she’s still growing. Everyone who comes in contact with her cannot believe how beautiful and friendly she is. Thank you for breeding such a spectacular dog for us. If you ever need and endorsement, don’t hesitate to call.

Dear Larry, We just came in from our walk and I must take a second to let you know how we are doing...FANTASTIC. We have only missed two days of training (everyone deserves a rest). Lucy is calm, respectful and actually, even comes in when I call her! She is doing great on leash, on our walks, except for distractions, when people approach or a car drives by, but she will heel, sit, down and stay when told. In the kitchen....WOW! I was cooking and she did stay down and made no attempt to grab anything. I have not seen her paws on the counter, at all. In fact, I dropped some food on the floor, this could have been a nightmare, but I told her to down and stay, and she did! I AM NO LONGER AFRAID OF HER. She no longer jumps on visitors or me, but I still use the ECollar for control. I have "nicked" her VERY few times. So I thank you for your miraculous work. You are the best! YOU SAVED MY DOG! AND ME! By the way, I have not yelled, screamed or raised my voice even once. Thank you again for your help. You are indeed a miracle worker! Sincerely, Cookie

Dear Larry,
It is our pleasure to enthusiastically write this letter of recommendation for Breedmaster Dog Training.
When we called you three months ago, we were at our ropes end. Our 9 month old Maltese was wreaking havoc in our house – he was totally undisciplined, chewing on our children, and refusing to become potty trained. When we called you, we did so after taking a number of traditional classes and private training sessions with other trainers. We called you because we felt it was our last resort – either he became trained, or we would have to give him away due to the safety of our children.
Our little Douglas was stubborn and so a 6 week training turned into a 9 week training, but we weren’t disappointed. Though it was difficult for us to send him away, you stayed in touch with us the entire time through phone calls and by sending us pictures of Douglas. We told our kids that Douglas was at “sleep away camp” and when he came back, he wouldn’t bite them anymore! Then finally, you brought him home – and we were amazed. The dog that had once been out of control listened to commands; after two weeks, he still has not chewed on our children; he’s potty trained; and most of all, he’s still the loveable, squeezable guy he was when he entered the program.
But most of all, Larry, the best part of the program is you. You truly care for “your” dogs. You love them. When Douglas came home, he ran to us, but then he ran back to you to lick you – a dog that didn’t get unlimited love wouldn’t have done that. You answered our questions, no matter how ridiculous and you are always available to us still.
You have given us our dog back – and now there’s no doubt that he will be with us for good. Thank you, Larry, Lisa and Tony. We are truly grateful.
Sincerely,
Rabbis Andrew and Cheryl Jacobs, Plantation, Florida |

Good Afternoon Larry,
It was a pleasure speaking with you last night, and I was excited to hear about the prospects that you had for Chewy.
Chewy is very happily adjusting to his life in Delray Beach, and is quite the ham out on the Avenue.
Chewy has been staying with me at my parents for this week while I was recuperating from having my appendix removed on Tuesday. He is very respectful of my parents’ 14 year old Brittany and plays very nicely with their puppy of the same breed. They all walk very well together as well.
When I'm not recuperating from surgery, he goes to work with me each day at the job site. He greets the workers in the morning and likes to hang out on the dock overlooking the inter-coastal when everyone takes lunch. He's very popular with the crews.
Chewy remains very gentle. My 70 lb. girlfriend can easily control him on a walk and he responds immediately to her corrections. We continue to use the pinch collar that you provided to us when we walk him. He's just less than 120 lbs. now; and his Vet in Boca is very pleased with his look.
Please give me a call with any questions, or with anything that I can do. It's always my pleasure to hear from you or Lisa. I can't thank you enough for your loving care of Chewy before he came to my home.
All the Best,
Patrick
P.s. I’m about 5’10” 170lbs for reference purposes in his lap dog photo, which he did with no prompting at all — a pretty funny moment actually. |
